Zena Stotter
Home Manager
I have experience of working in the care sector for 24 years, and for the last 8 years I have worked for Kingsley Healthcare as manager at Lilac Lodge and Lavender Cottage. I love working at the home, we have a wonderful staff team who provide the best standards for the residents, from care staff to kitchen and housekeeping teams. We are often complimented by family members regarding the lovely family atmosphere within the home. My family and I enjoy walking and the area provides many beautiful locations to visit including Oulton Broad, Woodland walks and the beach.
Kimberley Shaw
Deputy Manager
I started working at Lilac Lodge in December 2015 as a Support Worker. By early 2016, I had progressed to Senior Support Worker on Nights, but found I was missing a lot of the daytime interactions with the residents, so volunteered my free time to take them out on shopping trips or helped with the home’s events. After a short spell away from Lilac in 2018/2019, I returned to the home I always felt I belonged in, this time as the Deputy Manager. I was welcomed back as if I had never been away, both by staff and residents. I enjoy all the different aspects of my role, getting to interact with residents, families, staff and visiting professionals on a daily basis. In my free time, I enjoy long walks with my family and dogs and taking my mountain bike on the trails.
Emma Gibb
Administrator
I started working for Kingsley Healthcare in February 2021 and joined the team at Lilac Lodge in October 2022. I have been an Administrator for over 13 years some of which has been in care homes. I love the daily interaction with residents and visitors that are part of the role in the home plus the problem solving of each day being different and presenting a new challenge. I enjoy taking in the sea air and walking the dog on the many beautiful local beaches in and around Lowestoft.
Becky Adams
Chef
I joined the team at Lilac Lodge in March 2023. I have over eight years experience working in residential care homes and feel I have the knowledge and experience to provide well balanced meals and cater for the residents who have dietary requirements. The team at Lilac Lodge is very friendly and my colleagues make me feel very welcome. I feel part of a team here and love working with everyone. In my spare time I love to travel to different places. I also enjoy trying different restaurants and cake making.
Sue Wesley
Head Housekeeper
I have been working for Kingsley for two and a half years now, and I absolutely love it. I spent 25 years working in hotels doing various roles but found my passion in housekeeping. I brought that passion with me to Kingsley and after working as a domestic cleaner for a couple of months I soon was promoted to Head Housekeeper. I always think if you find a job you love it will never feel like work and that's what I've found working at Lilac Lodge. In my spare time I love to walk my three dogs with my partner.
Lukasz Wawrzenczyk
Operations Manager
I joined Kingsley in 2005 when I came over from Poland and joined the team at Lilac Lodge, in Lowestoft, as a domestic worker. I then became a support worker and was subsequently promoted to senior support worker, deputy manager and then operations manager. I love working for Kingsley because it is a family-run business and there is always someone to support you. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Wendy Mott
Regional Service Quality Manager
I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
