I qualified as a nurse and midwife in 1995 before joining Kingsley Healthcare in 2019. After leaving India in 2004, I worked as a staff nurse at Macclesfield General Hospital for six years, before becoming Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager and finally Home Manager here at Sharston House. I am compassionate, dedicated and caring. I strive to provide a supportive environment for the residents, family members and staff. I relish a challenge, and have always been an enthusiastic team player. I love cooking and am Mum to two lovely boys!

Debbie Randalls

Hospitality Manager

I have 34 years experience within the Hospitality Industry, working for companies such as Chef & Brewer and Whitbread aswell as owning our own restaurant in Spain for over 10 years. I am a passionate Hospitality Manager striving to ensure we deliver exceptional service and standards at all times to enable our residents to feel at home in the beautiful Cheshire setting we are so lucky to be surrounded by. Outside of work, I am Nana to a beautiful little girl and I am a keen Interior Designer as well as being a huge Elvis fan!

Joanne Johnson

Home Administrator

I have worked in the healthcare sector for 22 years before joining Kingsley Healthcare in 2022. I started my working life on the domestic team, graduated to cook, then activities co-ordinator and finally as Home Service Manager. I find the role of Home Administrator both interesting and challenging and enjoy working with a fantastic team here. I enjoy arts and crafts, I am a passionate gardener and very proud Nana to four wonderful grandchildren.

Douglas Hemlin

Head Chef

I have worked as Head Chef here at Sharston House for the past six years. I worked for the Hilton Group of hotels across the world, and was Executive Chef at the Sea World Resort in Australia for many years. I love chatting with the residents and have great pride in the service I provide here at Sharston House. I enjoy horse racing and am an avid reader alongside a passion for the interior design of my home.

Kerry Whalley

Head Housekeeper

I have a wealth of experience within the hygiene sector spanning over many years. My most achievable position was when I was the Head Housekeeper for two very prestigious boutique hotels, managing a team of 27 staff. Between us we were entered for Four In A Bed, which we very proudly won. This was testament of how team work paid off as I am a strong believer in leading by example. Prior to that I've held many management and supervisory roles either in hospitality or retail. On a personal level I love to travel and explore new countries and cultures with my husband. When we are not able to explore we love spending quality time with our family of 3 children and 3 grandchildren. Family is everything to me along with our two little chihuahuas which we adore. I am very driven by a challenge and thrive off success in every aspect of my life whether on a personal or professional level.

Pauline Parker-Moore

Regional Operations Manager

I have been a qualified nurse for over 40 years and have worked in the care sector for 24 years. Since joining Kingsley in 2018 I have been privileged to work in various management roles including Home Manager, Operations Manager and my current role as Regional Operations Director. I am proud of the progress we have made across the North West region. We have major plans to extend two of our existing homes. It is a pleasure to work with the team to deliver quality care and provide luxury care homes for our residents. Outside of work I love travelling, especially going on cruises.

Kean Mason-Buckley

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. What I love about Kingsley is that although it is a national company you still feel part of a community, connected to and supported by everyone. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.

Cyril Fomonyuy

Service Quality Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 22 years, starting as a Registered Nurse in my home country of Cameroon. I joined Kingsley in 2016 as a registered home manager and subsequently progressed to Service Quality Manager. I love the culture at Kingsley which invests in and empowers its staff and supports career progression. Outside work, I am an author and write and do research about leadership and management.
