I qualified as a nurse and midwife in 1995 before joining Kingsley Healthcare in 2019. After leaving India in 2004, I worked as a staff nurse at Macclesfield General Hospital for six years, before becoming Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager and finally Home Manager here at Sharston House. I am compassionate, dedicated and caring. I strive to provide a supportive environment for the residents, family members and staff. I relish a challenge, and have always been an enthusiastic team player. I love cooking and am Mum to two lovely boys!

Alison Watson

Deputy Manager

I qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 2012 having had a previous career in pub management. My motivation to train as a nurse was always to work with a care home setting. During my training and when I first qualified I worked in many different setting but my heart always lay with working with older adults. So for the past 11 years I have been working in various Care homes developing my nursing skills and working my way up to Clinical Lead and Deputy Manager. I joined Sharston House in November 2024 as Deputy Manager. I have an absolute passion for providing the very best care and support for all our residents, treating everyone as an individual and tailoring care and support to suit their preferences and needs. Wellbeing is a big passion of mine and I ensure our residents wellbeing is taken in account at all times. Now that my children have grown up I like to travel when I’m off. I also like to crochet and make twiddle items and blankets for people living with dementia.

Debbie Randall

Hospitality Manager

I have 34 years experience within the Hospitality Industry, working for companies such as Chef & Brewer and Whitbread aswell as owning our own restaurant in Spain for over 10 years. I am a passionate Hospitality Manager striving to ensure we deliver exceptional service and standards at all times to enable our residents to feel at home in the beautiful Cheshire setting we are so lucky to be surrounded by. Outside of work, I am Nana to a beautiful little girl and I am a keen Interior Designer as well as being a huge Elvis fan!

Douglas Hemlin

Head Chef

I have worked as Head Chef here at Sharston House for the past six years. I worked for the Hilton Group of hotels across the world, and was Executive Chef at the Sea World Resort in Australia for many years. I love chatting with the residents and have great pride in the service I provide here at Sharston House. I enjoy horse racing and am an avid reader alongside a passion for the interior design of my home.

Pauline Parker-Moore

Regional Operations Manager

I have been a qualified nurse for over 40 years and have worked in the care sector for 24 years. Since joining Kingsley in 2018 I have been privileged to work in various management roles including Home Manager, Operations Manager and my current role as Regional Operations Director. I am proud of the progress we have made across the North West region. We have major plans to extend two of our existing homes. It is a pleasure to work with the team to deliver quality care and provide luxury care homes for our residents. Outside of work I love travelling, especially going on cruises.

Kean Mason-Buckley

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. What I love about Kingsley is that although it is a national company you still feel part of a community, connected to and supported by everyone. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.

Cyril Fomonyuy

Service Quality Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 22 years, starting as a Registered Nurse in my home country of Cameroon. I joined Kingsley in 2016 as a registered home manager and subsequently progressed to Service Quality Manager. I love the culture at Kingsley which invests in and empowers its staff and supports career progression. Outside work, I am an author and write and do research about leadership and management.
