Lisa Reeves
Deputy Manager
I qualified as a mental health nurse in 2007. I spent 7 years working in the NHS for Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust before moving into the care home sector. I have worked in a wide variety of residential, nursing and nursing dementia homes as a clinical lead, unit manager, deputy manager and I was a home manager for the last 5 years before deciding to step back into the deputy role. I love being around the residents and getting to know all about them and their families. I strive in challenging situations and like that no day is ever the same. I am a very positive and supportive person and like to empower my team to be the best they can. I am mum to 3 grown up sons and to destress I love a good crime series or horror film to watch or maybe a good Stephen King book to read.

In my spare time, I enjoy running, travelling, and meeting new people.

Louise Thompson
Head of Care
I’ve worked at Sharston House for over 15 years, starting while I was still at school. I originally joined as a part-time Catering Assistant because I was planning to go to college and pursue a career in the Travel Industry. But I loved working at the home so much that, when I left school, I realised that working in care was my true calling. That’s when I decided to stay on and take up a role as a Carer. Since then, I’ve always been eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. I’ve completed a number of courses, including my NVQ Level 3 in Care, CHAPS, and a Diploma in Health and Social Care. I’m passionate about delivering high-quality care, and over the years I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience. I was absolutely delighted when I became Head of Care at Sharston House. Outside of work, I love spending time with my two children—usually taking them to their various activities! I also really enjoy going on holiday and exploring new places whenever I can.

Fatima Mir
Head of Care
I’ve worked at Sharston House for over 8 years, starting out as a Support Worker. From the beginning, I’ve been eager to learn, grow, and develop in my role. During my time here, I’ve successfully completed my NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Care, as well as CHAPS training, which helped me progress into my current role as Head of Care. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience, and I’m truly passionate about delivering person-centred care to our residents. When I’m not working, I love relaxing, spending time outdoors, and being with my two children.

Head Chef
When I left school at 16 I went to South Cheshire Catering College, where I qualified as a Chef. Initially I went to America where I worked for two years, enhancing my experience working in hotels. Before joining Kingsley I worked for 30 years in hotels, pubs and country clubs. I joined Kingsley Healthcare early in 2025 as 2nd Chef but, following the retirement of our Head Chef I have been promoted to Head Chef. I enjoy the atmosphere at Sharston House and chatting with residents to find out what food they particularly like. I am delighted to prepare fresh, home made meals for residents to enjoy. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family watching films and playing board games.

Richard Jones
Regional Hospitality Manager
I have twenty-four years’ experience working within the hospitality sector in various roles and companies such as IHG, Melia and University of Manchester. I joined Kingsley Healthcare as Hospitality Manager in April 2024 where I worked hard to deliver exceptional service and standards every day for the benefit of residents and their families. I am passionate about people and making a difference to improve the quality of their lives. In June 2025 I was promoted to Regional Hospitality Manager so that the improvements I had made within Four Oaks could be introduced across all homes within the North West. All the Kingsley Healthcare homes in the North West work hard to create a lovely homely environment for residents with fantastic food, service and comfort that really make them stand out as a care provider. Outside of work I write and perform music and have in recent years become an author working on several books.

Kean Mason-Buckley
Operations Manager
I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.
