Debbie Reeve

Home Manager

I have worked at Depperhaugh since January 2022 having come from Norfolk and Norwich Hospital having worked there for 17 years. At Norfolk and Norwich I worked in Intensive Care, Medicine for the Elderly and then became Clinical Educator, then Ward Sister within Gynaecology. I chose to come to Depperhaugh Nursing Home because I wanted to come back to my roots, having started my care career in the same area. Person-centred care and offering residents dignified care has always been a passion for me and Depperhaugh is a great place to embrace this passion. Outside of work I love spending time with my family, walking with the dog and taking the opportunity to relax. Although my job comes with great responsibility it is incredibly rewarding to watch the home grow and evolve with great staff to support me.

Maria Patrascu

Deputy Manager

After qualifying as a nurse in my homeland of Romania, I moved to England to work for Kingsley Healthcare. I have worked at The Depperhaugh for over 9 years, joining as a staff nurse in December 2014. We are lucky to have many long-serving staff who see this as their home and regard the residents and their colleagues as family. I love working with people and, as a qualified nurse, I like to get involved in the care side as much as the management side. I like to see people getting better as it means we are doing our job properly.

Julie Hills

Head housekeeper

I started work at The Depperhaugh in August 2019 as a support worker. I enjoyed my time in care and covered a mixture of both days and nights. I have a caring nature and take pride in my work, so when the head housekeeper position became available I was ready for a new challenge. I am proud to be part of a hardworking team that ensures the home is kept to a high standard of cleanliness. We received great feedback and appreciate that people are aware of our hard work.

Suzanne Hamilton

Operations manager

I began my career in care in 1995 as a care worker and quickly discovered my passion for supporting others. Through dedication and experience across a range of roles, I progressed to Manager in 1999, Area Manager in 2008, and Operations Director in 2018. In 2026, I joined Kingsley Healthcare in my current role. With over 26 years in the sector, I have worked across care homes, domiciliary care, extra care, and assisted living, supporting adults from 18+. I am passionate about working with older people and believe in delivering the highest standards of person-centred care. I value strong teams, staff development, and ensuring both residents’ and staff voices are at the heart of daily practice.

Wendy Mott

Regional Service Quality Manager

I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.

"My brother has been a resident at The Depperhaugh for over 7 years. He has been treated with dignity and respect by the lovely staff, he is happy and contented and has lovely homemade meals. Would recommend The Depperhaugh."
