Sinead has been working in the care sector since 2015 and has experienced different roles. She is now a manager at Woodbridge Lodge and finds it very fulfilling to make a positive impact on the residents, families, and staff. Woodbridge Lodge feels like her second home and she loves working there.

Deputy Manager

I have worked in care since the age of 16, working in many homes and various positions. I am now working at Woodbridge Lodge as Deputy Manager. The home has a lovely homely feel. We are always working to maintain the highest quality care, making sure all are comfortable and their holistic needs are met. Outside work enjoy running, swimming and travelling.

Administrator

I have been in the administration role for about 18 years. Before working for Kingsley I was an administrator for a local company and I was teaching swimming which I still do. I love working at Woodbridge Lodge as the staff are all friendly and I enjoy being able to interact with the residents and their families. When I'm not at work I like being outside and keeping fit.

Rachel Dye

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

Before coming to Kingsley in 2022, I was at another care home in Woodbridge as a social engagement leader. This was a similar position but in a much larger home; what I love about Woodbridge Lodge is that it is smaller home with a family orientated feel about it. We are fortunate to have a great, supportive staff team here and lovely residents and families. Outside work I run my own cake business from home and regularly participate in charitable evenings. I am married with two children aged 19 and 20, both at university.

Samantha Harvey

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I started my career in the care industry and soon realised that this was my passion, moving from care assistant roles to lifestyle coordinator. Woodbridge Lodge is a beautiful home and I love my role as lifestyle coordinator, supporting our residents and making every day bright, different and interesting for them. I am very passionate about my job and what I do. Outside work, I enjoy taking part in charity running events with my husband and two children and also enjoy exploring the countryside.

Lewis Clarke

Chef

I live in Felixstowe with my two children. I started my catering journey when i was 16 where i went to catering college for three years and receiving an NVQ 3 Chef diploma. I've worked in a variety of pubs, Restaurants and also another care setting where i spent ten years as Head chef/ catering manager. In 2020 i opened my own cafe in Felixstowe which was always my dream to own my own business. It was a tough and very rewarding experience. Winning an award for our Afternoon teas in 2024. In August 2025 i decided that id done all i could with the cafe and closed. My pull and connection with the care sector has always been strong and the opportunity to return to it here at Woodbridge Lodge was ideal to reignite my passion to providing healthy homecooked food to our residents. I like getting to know the residents and finding out the foods or dishes they like or would like to see on the menus. I feel im a team player and work well with others from management, care team and right through to the maintenance team. I look forward to my journey here at Woodbridge Lodge and bring my ideas and flare to all aspects of the home. In my spare time i like spending time with my children going out for days and making memories with them. I also Play darts in a local league which ive been doing for a number of years and its a great way of meeting up with my friends and catching up with them.

I joined Kingsley in 2005 when I came over from Poland and joined the team at Lilac Lodge, in Lowestoft, as a domestic worker. I then became a support worker and was subsequently promoted to senior support worker, deputy manager and then operations manager. I love working for Kingsley because it is a family-run business and there is always someone to support you. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.

I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
