Buckingham Lodge residents pay their respects on Remembrance Day

Residents of Buckingham Lodge attended the Memorial Site at Blenheim Grange in Watton for an Armistice Service to pay their respects.

Among them were David and his wife Locey, Ted and Cyril. David is an RAF veteran, having served 22 years in Cyprus and Turkey, while Ted served in the Army at the age of 22 in Egypt. After the service, the residents enjoyed a hot cup of tea and some friendly conversation at the neighbouring community hub.
