Lynne Petty

Home Manager

Working in the care industry for over 30 years; I have developed a knowledge and passion for high quality dementia care and training and was an original trustee of NAPA who helped shape the future of meaningful activities in care homes. I strive for relationship based care where everything starts and ends with the individual. Branksome Heights was awarded BCP and Daily Echo Care Home of the year in November 2019 and we are constantly innovating and developing our service to be the best it can be for residents and staff. Our lovely boutique style home has a friendly and homely feel and our dedicated team offer a high standard of holistic person centred care. We aim to encourage residents to maintain their independence and we provide dignified, respectful care. Branksome Heights is a special place and it is a privilege to work here.
