Meet the team
Working in a care home is an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling experience, but it isn’t without its challenges. Some days are tougher than others, but thanks to our incredibly compassionate and hardworking staff members, Allonsfield House is always a wonderful place to be. With a common goal to ensure that residents are happy, comfortable and relaxed, our team is here to bring joy and support to all.
Bishnu Lamichhane
Home Manager
I started my career in the care industry and soon realised my passion was nursing. I have acquired considerable experience working for the NHS in various positions as well as in private care homes. Since joining Kingsley, I have progressed from Clinical Lead Nurse to Home Manager at Woodbridge, before moving to Allonsfield. I love the support you get from a family run company and I am blessed with a great team. Outside work, I love reading and gardening and enjoy travel.
Debbie Rowell
Deputy Manager
I joined Allonsfield House in 2022 as a Care Coordinator, bringing with me a wealth of experience from a background in children’s fostering. My natural compassion, leadership, and dedication to person-centred care were quickly recognised, and I progressed to the role of Deputy Manager. I’m deeply passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting both residents and staff. My fostering background has given me a strong sense of empathy and commitment, which I bring into every aspect of my role. I take pride in helping to maintain the warm, supportive environment that makes Allonsfield House such a special place to live and work. With a strong focus on dignity, respect, and individual wellbeing, I continue to support and inspire my team to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care.

Gihan Karunarathna
Regional lifestyle and hospitality manager
I am from the beautiful country of Sri Lanka and have a very diverse background within the hospitality industry. I am committed to Kingsley Healthcare's vision of offering five-star hotel standards within the care sector. I believe in personalised service to ensure residents feel welcomed and valued. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the UK and experiencing the different seasons. I also love cooking.
Lukasz Wawrzenczyk
Operations manager
I joined Kingsley in 2005 when I came over from Poland and joined the team at Lilac Lodge, in Lowestoft, as a domestic worker. I then became a support worker and was subsequently promoted to senior support worker, deputy manager and then operations manager. I love working for Kingsley because it is a family-run business and there is always someone to support you. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends.
Wendy Mott
Regional Service Quality Manager
I have over 35 years of experience in the health and care sector, with the past two years dedicated to a quality role within elderly care. I am committed to ensuring that we provide the highest quality support to those under our care. Kingsley fosters a genuine family atmosphere, where everyone is friendly and supportive, all working towards a common goal. In my leisure time I enjoy gardening and walking and continue to discover hidden gems in the Norfolk and Suffolk counties.
