Fiona Coggins
Head Chef
With over three decades of experience in the care sector, my journey began at the age of 19 where I worked as a kitchen assistant in a girls' boarding school before progressing to the role of sous chef and eventually, after many years, Head Chef. My passion lies in crafting nutritious and aesthetically pleasing meals for our residents, including those requiring textured modified diets as per the IDDSI guidelines. I love engaging with our residents, listening to their life narratives and forming meaningful connections which enables me to tailor culinary experiences to their preferences with empathy and understanding.

Cherryll Johnson
Head Housekeeper
Prior to joining the team at Brackley Care Home I was self-employed running a small, but very successful, cleaning business. Here at Brackley Care Home I can carry my passion for cleaning forward to the whole housekeeping team but my favourite part of my job has to be the interaction I have with the residents. At home with my family you will find me either in my kitchen cooking or caring for my large collection of house plants.
