Choosing a place for residential care can be emotionally difficult. We will make the process as stress-free as possible and answer all of your queries before your relative enters our care. We’ll listen to all of their likes and dislikes, and we’ll explain every step of the care home experience. Relatives are always encouraged to visit Buckingham Lodge.

Daily life at Buckingham House
Whether your relative loves taking part in wellbeing activities or just wants some pampering in our on-site hair salon we go the extra mile to make their wishes become a reality. At Buckingham House, we are proud to offer our residents a contented and fulfilled home life. We even supported the local food bank through our harvest festival and our links with the local community are excellent.
Friends and relatives are always welcome, and we also receive many visits from local entertainers, therapy pets and others. Gardening is also on the agenda and local stores have generously donated seeds and plants for the pleasure of our residents
Mealtimes at Buckingham House
Healthy and nutritious meals are very important to all and our menus will tempt the smallest of appetites. All our dishes use locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that are packed full of nutrients and are dishes that reach restaurant standard. We always take our residents’ wishes into consideration.
Mealtimes at Buckingham House are flexible. We provide a Night Bites menu for those who enjoy a snack before bed. And friends and family are always welcome to join residents for lunch or dinner in our bright and beautifully designed dining room.
