Valmy Flores

Home Manager

Valmy has brought 30 years of nursing experience into her role as home manager. She has worked in many care settings in senior roles and has wide experience of the varying care needs of the elderly population. She is passionate about providing a high standard of care that meets the individual needs of every resident. It is important for her to engage with the close relatives of residents as they too are part of the Downham family.
