Stacey Butler

Home Manager

I have been working in health and social care for 26 years. I have worked my way through all positions commencing as a kitchen assistant whilst at school leading to management for the last 11 years. I have a Dementia Degree with Bradford university. I am passionate in providing high standards of care to our residents. I am looking forward to working in the Kingsley company and driving improvements. I enjoy walking, camping and going to the gym.

Anna Bratyszewska

Home Administrator

Having over 19 years in the caregiving field, working as a Deputy Manager and a Carer, I am a devoted Administrator at Four Oaks Care Home, with a strong understanding of the care needs of residents, families and staff. My experience as a personal assistant and my Economist Diploma allows me to manage all areas of administration to ensure a well-managed home, prioritising the wellness and comfort of our lovely residents. Outside of work, my time is spent outdoors. I love gardening and foraging. Spending time with my family is also something that I cherish.

Chloe Williams

Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator

I studied Level 3 Art and Design at Trafford College, before I joined the team at Four Oaks Care Home in 2018. I am passionate about creating meaningful and person-centred activities for our residents, and capturing special moments through photos and videos for their loved ones to see. Getting to know more about the residents and their loved ones each day, makes them feel like they are a part of the Four Oaks family, which I am proud to be a part of. In my spare time I enjoy crocheting, spending time with family and going for long walks around the countryside.

Patryk Narzekalski

Head chef

My career in Hospitality started 20 years ago, I have been employed at a variety of hotels and restaurants in London and Manchester, before joining Four Oaks Care Home. Since starting I have managed to reduce food waste, improve necessary paperwork and trained staff up to better standards. Working at Four Oaks is very rewarding, interacting with residents and fulfilling their needs regarding nutrition. Staff are very friendly and helpful, which creates a kind and positive atmosphere to work in. I enjoy long walks and hiking and love to travel and explore new culinary dishes, from around the world. I also like to experiment with food, and create new recipes.

Nicola Wagster

Head Housekeeper

I have an NVQ 2 qualification from City & Guilds and have worked in the hotel industry for 10 years plus, before joining Four Oaks Care Home in 2016. My experience as a room attendant and supervisor has taught me the importance of focusing on attention to detail. Four Oaks is like one big family, our staff are caring, dedicated and always put our residents needs first, making sure they always get the care they deserve. When I'm not working, I love to go hiking, spending time with my family and raising money for Dementia. Myself, and a few other staff members often do the sponsored Memory walks around Heaton Park.

Richard Jones

Regional Hospitality Manager

I have twenty-four years’ experience working within the hospitality sector in various roles and companies such as IHG, Melia and University of Manchester. I joined Kingsley Healthcare as Hospitality Manager in April 2024 where I worked hard to deliver exceptional service and standards every day for the benefit of residents and their families. I am passionate about people and making a difference to improve the quality of their lives. In June 2025 I was promoted to Regional Hospitality Manager so that the improvements I had made within Four Oaks could be introduced across all homes within the North West. All the Kingsley Healthcare homes in the North West work hard to create a lovely homely environment for residents with fantastic food, service and comfort that really make them stand out as a care provider. Outside of work I write and perform music and have in recent years become an author working on several books.

Pauline Parker-Moore

Regional Operations Manager

I have been a qualified nurse for over 40 years and have worked in the care sector for 24 years. Since joining Kingsley in 2018 I have been privileged to work in various management roles including Home Manager, Operations Manager and my current role as Regional Operations Director. I am proud of the progress we have made across the North West region. We have major plans to extend two of our existing homes. It is a pleasure to work with the team to deliver quality care and provide luxury care homes for our residents. Outside of work I love travelling, especially going on cruises.

Kean Mason-Buckley

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. What I love about Kingsley is that although it is a national company you still feel part of a community, connected to and supported by everyone. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.

Maggie McCaul

Regional Service Quality Manager, North West

I have nearly 28 years of experience in the care sector. During this time, I have worked for a Charity, the NHS and in the private sector in both residential and nursing homes. I have been registered with CQC as both a Home Manager and Domiciliary Manager. I have also worked as an Area and Regional Support Manager in operational teams. I hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and Registered Managers award and a Level 5 in Quality Accreditation. My passions are person centred care, inclusion, customer service, and end-of-life care. My current role with Kingsley Healthcare is Regional Service Quality Manager in the North West. I am proud to work alongside and support the Regional Team and the Home Teams to continuously improve and embed quality practices. Outside of work I love to read in my spare time, travel with my friends and family, especially mini-breaks and visiting America.
