Pat has been with us for nearly a decade, bringing skills and knowledge from more than 25 years in care.

Dawn Bours
Activities & Lifestyle Coordinator
I joined the Park Lane team as the Lifestyle and Activity Co-ordinator in February 2024. Prior to taking up my role I spent 15 years in education working as a lecturer in a further education college as well working as a teaching assistant in a special educational needs school. I am particularly interested in helping and supporting people living with dementia as I have a close family member who suffers from Alzheimer’s so, when this opportunity came up at Park Lane I jumped at the chance to work in this field. I love working with the residents, no two days are the same, and it is wonderful them to see them enjoying and taking part in meaningful activities to help them lead fulfilled lives. In my spare time I love going swimming, socialising and enjoying trips to Australia to visit my sons.
Andrew Savatovich
Head Chef
Before joining Kingsley Healthcare, I worked for the Ministry of Defence and catered for King Charles and Camilla when he was a civic caterer in 2010. I'm passionate about providing nutritious, homemade meals for the residents.
Adina Dimiler
Head Housekeeper
I have worked in Park Lane for 22 years, having left school at 16 years ago. I initially worked in the kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant. I later moved on to care, undertaking the necessary training to support residents with their personal care. I have always been flexible to fit in with the needs of the home and when a position came up in the housekeeping team over 2 years ago I was happy to step into the role to help. As a result of my role in housekeeping I have recently been appointed Head Housekeeper. I love working in Park Lane, no two days are the same and it is always wonderful to chat with residents and learn about the lives they have led. In my spare time I enjoy taking my children to their varied activities as well as socialising and relaxing with friends and family.
Keith Mathers
Maintenance Person
Having previously worked for over 14 years as a carer, in the local community, I had always had in interest in painting, decorating and gardening and had become multi-skilled over the years doing odd jobs. When the role for a Maintenance Person at Park Lane became available I decided I wanted a change of career and successfully applied for the post, which I have held since 2016. I was a foster care for nearly 20 years and, during that time, fostered some 87 children and adopted two. I enjoy working at Park Lane and it is always lovely to have a chat with residents and families throughout the day and, as I have a particular interest in garden it has been wonderful to help create a safe outdoor space for residents to enjoy. In my spare I love spending time in my garden, walking the dog and spending time with family and friends.
Richard Jones
Regional Hospitality Manager
I have twenty-four years’ experience working within the hospitality sector in various roles and companies such as IHG, Melia and University of Manchester. I joined Kingsley Healthcare as Hospitality Manager in April 2024 where I worked hard to deliver exceptional service and standards every day for the benefit of residents and their families. I am passionate about people and making a difference to improve the quality of their lives. In June 2025 I was promoted to Regional Hospitality Manager so that the improvements I had made within Four Oaks could be introduced across all homes within the North West. All the Kingsley Healthcare homes in the North West work hard to create a lovely homely environment for residents with fantastic food, service and comfort that really make them stand out as a care provider. Outside of work I write and perform music and have in recent years become an author working on several books.
Pauline Parker-Moore
Regional Operations Manager
I have been a qualified nurse for over 40 years and have worked in the care sector for 24 years. Since joining Kingsley in 2018 I have been privileged to work in various management roles including Home Manager, Operations Manager and my current role as Regional Operations Director. I am proud of the progress we have made across the North West region. We have major plans to extend two of our existing homes. It is a pleasure to work with the team to deliver quality care and provide luxury care homes for our residents. Outside of work I love travelling, especially going on cruises.
Kean Mason-Buckley
Operations Manager
I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. What I love about Kingsley is that although it is a national company you still feel part of a community, connected to and supported by everyone. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.
Maggie McCaul
Regional Service Quality Manager, North West
I have nearly 28 years of experience in the care sector. During this time, I have worked for a Charity, the NHS and in the private sector in both residential and nursing homes. I have been registered with CQC as both a Home Manager and Domiciliary Manager. I have also worked as an Area and Regional Support Manager in operational teams. I hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and Registered Managers award and a Level 5 in Quality Accreditation. My passions are person centred care, inclusion, customer service, and end-of-life care. My current role with Kingsley Healthcare is Regional Service Quality Manager in the North West. I am proud to work alongside and support the Regional Team and the Home Teams to continuously improve and embed quality practices. Outside of work I love to read in my spare time, travel with my friends and family, especially mini-breaks and visiting America.
