I have worked in health and social care sector since qualifying as a nurse in 1991, working in care homes for over 30 years. I am passionate about caring for the elderly and believes that true person-centred care means putting the residents at the heart of everything I do. Redwalls Nursing Home has always had a good reputation in the local area so, I was delighted when I was appointed as registered nurse and recently promoted internally to Deputy Manager. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming and above all passionate about delivering true person-centred care. In my spare time I love spending quality time with family and exploring the great outdoors.
