Help us name floors at our new luxury care home in Holt

kings new

The manager of a new luxury care home in Holt is appealing to local people to help her name its three floors.

Julia Chapman-Wright, manager of King’s Court, in Hempstead Road, is reaching out to the community to come up with names of deserving local people.

She said: “We are proud to be opening the only purpose-built nursing home in the area and are really keen for King’s Court to be at the heart of the community.

“To that end, we want to name our three floors – two nursing and one residential - after deserving local figures who have given service to the community.

“You might have a long-serving beat bobby or Scout leader in mind or perhaps a district nurse or community stalwart running a local charity. Or you might want to honour a historical figure.”

There will be prizes for the chosen suggestions and a naming ceremony will be held later in the year.

People are invited to email their suggestions to Lisa at [email protected]

Kingsley Healthcare’s flagship home is opening its door to the public for a series of open days, from 10am to 4pm on February 29, March 1 and March 2.

Julia and her team will be conducting tours and available to discuss any care needs your family may have.

The home has 66 luxury bedrooms, including larger premium rooms, some with terraces or garden access.

Facilities include a hairdressing and therapy salon, cinema, library, community café and private dining room.

A top team of interior designers has ensured the décor and furnishings of the home match the quality of the building.

Two acres of landscaped gardens include a delightful woodland walk with wheelchair access.

As well as providing a much-needed facility for quality nursing, residential and respite care, King’s Court will also eventually create more than 80 well-paid jobs giving a considerable boost to the local economy.
