Park Lane care home's perfect 10 wins prestigious award

Park Lane care home in Congleton has won a North West of England Top 20 Care Home Award for the second year running.

The awards from the influential review site, carehome.co.uk, are determined by ratings submitted by care home visitors, residents and their families.

Kingsley Healthcare-run Park Lane has retained its perfect 10 score and is ranked the top care home in Cheshire.

Home manager Jayne O’Sullivan said: “I have a wonderful staff team here and we are really one big Park Lane family.

“We really appreciate the lovely reviews and are so pleased people love the home the way they do.”

The most recently posted review from a resident’s friend says: “I find that the manager and deputy manager go above and beyond to help in any way they can. The staff all work extremely hard and are always happy... they are like big family, nothing is ever too much trouble.”

The daughter of another resident writes: “Everything is bright and welcoming and we were immediately made to feel part of one big, very happy family.”

Another review says: “All the staff are amazing, caring, compassionate people. They have been 100 per cent Covid free throughout the whole epidemic and that is due to the hard work of all the staff.”

In a second triumph, Kingsley for the fifth year running -  has earned the accolade of being named a National Top 20 Large Care Home Group.
