The Willows held a digni-tea party together to honour Dignity Action Day

Staff and residents from The Willows held a digni-tea party together to honour Dignity Action Day, a day for us all to pledge our responsibility to ensure that dignity remains at the heart of care.

There was a digni-tree placed in the home, where staff wrote their commitments to maintain dignity and respect in the services they offer to our residents.

When we asked residents what the term dignity meant to them, one quote summed it up: "To be able to live each day with honour, respect and value - it's the greatest achievement of all."
