Ruth Baggs

Home Manager

Ruth has been Home Manager at Park View since August 2023. Ruth has 30 years’ experience in Health and Social care, having worked in the NHS, in care homes and for a local authority. Ruth has had varied roles from carer, therapy assistant, quality monitoring, regional support and home manager. Ruth has spent the majority of her career in older people’s care services, but has also worked with adults with learning disabilities. Ruth is committed to making sure that a high standard of care and wellbeing is provided at Park View nursing home and was excited to join the Kingsley family and share in our company vision. In her spare time Ruth enjoys reading, watching sports and exploring the Welsh countryside with her family and 2 dogs.

Kathryn Harris

Deputy Manager

She began her care career as a healthcare assistant in mental health services, transitioning to nursing and becoming an RGN in 2015. With seven years in the NHS, specializing in gastroenterology and a brief ITU stint, she climbed from Staff Nurse to Ward Manager. Seeking new challenges, she moved to a Nursing Home setting. Now a Deputy Manager at Kingsley, she prioritizes continuous improvement with a resident-centric approach.

Alex Cox

Administrator

Alex Cox looks after our admin and loves working for the Kingsley family. Serving the community is something of a passion for Alex, and she enjoys the fact that no two days are the same.

James Curran

Head Chef

James has worked in care homes for eight years but also has 12 years of experience in the hotels and events industry. He prides himself on high standards of cleanliness and has a passion for fresh food. He loves to bring hotel standards to the care catering sector. Food is a huge part of the day for residents and he believe that nutritious fresh food is one of the keys to a healthy lifestyle.

Julie Henry

Head Housekeeper

Our head housekeeper is Julie Henry, and she works with relatives and their families to create a home-like atmosphere in their own personal space and throughout Park View.

Pauline Parker-Moore

Regional Operations Manager

I have been a qualified nurse for over 40 years and have worked in the care sector for 24 years. Since joining Kingsley in 2018 I have been privileged to work in various management roles including Home Manager, Operations Manager and my current role as Regional Operations Director. I am proud of the progress we have made across the North West region. We have major plans to extend two of our existing homes. It is a pleasure to work with the team to deliver quality care and provide luxury care homes for our residents. Outside of work I love travelling, especially going on cruises.

Kean Mason-Buckley

Operations Manager

I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. What I love about Kingsley is that although it is a national company you still feel part of a community, connected to and supported by everyone. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.

Cyril Fomonyuy

Service Quality Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 22 years, starting as a Registered Nurse in my home country of Cameroon. I joined Kingsley in 2016 as a registered home manager and subsequently progressed to Service Quality Manager. I love the culture at Kingsley which invests in and empowers its staff and supports career progression. Outside work, I am an author and write and do research about leadership and management.
