I have worked in healthcare since qualifying as a general nurse in 1998, joining the Queen Charlotte team in 2022. I care deeply about my home and all the residents and staff within my care. I am very proud of the team at Queen Charlotte and the way they work together to ensure that the best care is given to all. Noela Chituh
Admiral Nurse
I started my career as a support worker in a mental health home for people who had just left hospital. It was here I first found my passion for helping people with mental health problems. However, it was not until I did placements at university that I discovered my love for working with the elderly and with patients with dementia. This led me to my first job as a nurse on a dementia ward. I love learning and teaching and before joining Kingsley I was a research nurse for two years. I feel I have now gone back to where I belong, helping people with dementia and supporting their families and carers.

It's important to me that Kingsley is a family business and the family ethos is present in everything we do. Outside of work I enjoy gardening and walking my dogs.
