Jane Shiner
Home Manager
Our experienced manager, Jane Shiner, has over ten years’ experience in the healthcare sector. She aims to ensure our residents enjoy a loving and happy environment at St Clements.

Tracy Groom
Wellbeing Co-ordinator
Tracy has extensive experience in childcare as a nanny in Canada and at a private nursery. She joined St. Clements in September 2022, finding her work supporting the residents to be both rewarding and productive. Tracy enjoys the variety and fulfillment of each day's work.

Ian Hook
Chef
Ian is a chef at St. Clements Nursing Home who enjoys creating quality dishes with quality produce. He values resident feedback and finds pleasure in making them happy with their favourite meals. Ian engages with the residents to enhance their dining experience.

Tracy Daoudi
Head Housekeeper
Tracy is a mother of 4 and enjoys spending time with her family and traveling. Tracy enjoys working as part of a team and finds her work role, ensuring the cleanliness of the home and its residents, very rewarding. Although she has only been at St. Clements for a few months, Tracy feels right at home and is delighted to be a part of the team.
