Justine Darrington
Home Manager
I have worked within the care sector for over 15 years, beginning my career as a support worker. From the outset, my passion has always been to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, and in every role I have held, I have consistently dedicated myself fully to those I support. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of services, including mental health, substance misuse, older people’s health, primary and emergency care, end-of-life care, and dementia. I aim to provide a holistic, person-centred approach that recognises the whole individual. My aim is to ensure St Clements remains a safe, comfortable, and nurturing environment for your loved ones — filled with kindness, warmth, and the high standards of care you would expect from such a well-regarded organisation. Outside of work, my life revolves around family, my dogs, and exploring my new surroundings along the Suffolk Coast. I enjoy yoga, music, food, and reading.

Tracey Watson
Hospitality Manager
My passion for hospitality started when I was very young, wanting to be "just like my dad". I studied Hospitality Management for my degree, and since then have had the pleasure of working in some fabulous hotels in the Lake District and the Cotswolds, before returning to Norfolk to raise my family. St Clements has such a warm and welcoming family feel to it, and having always pursued roles where I feel that I can make a difference, my hotel experience gives me the basis to be able to help drive the hospitality areas here to even higher levels. Family time is important to me, and in my free time you will often find me on the sidelines watching my teenage sons competing at rugby and football.

Shane Collier
Operations Manager
My career began as a Care Assistant and evolved through positions including Home Cook, Deputy Manager, and Registered Manager. This journey has equipped me with a 360-degree insight into care home operations and the needs of both residents and staff. A significant part of my professional focus has been on supporting and transforming services that require strong leadership, dedication, and a clear improvement strategy. I have successfully turned around homes needing guidance and have also played a central role in commissioning new services. These combined experiences led me to my current role as Operations Manager at Kingsley Healthcare. Since joining the organisation, I have received unwavering support, guidance, and reassurance. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of three children who keep me active and grounded. Family is incredibly important to me, and we enjoy spending quality time together -especially swimming, with rock climbing a close second on our list of favourite activities.
