Tracy Mitchell
Home Manager
Tracy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Timperley Care Home. Having qualified as a nurse in 1992 she initially went into a hospital setting, working as a theatre nurse, before deciding she wanted to care for people with a more person-centred approach. She took up a role in a nursing home where she held position of Deputy Manager and later became the Manager. Tracy has over 20 years experience managing residential and nursing homes. She loves seeing the joy on residents faces as they start enjoying life again when they move into a care home, taking part in a wide range of meaningful and stimulating activities, socialising and making new friends. In her spare time Tracy loves listening to music and going to concerts to listen to live music. She also enjoys city breaks as well as supporting her much loved football team, Liverpool FC.

Cheryl Peers
Deputy Manager
Cheryl, the new Deputy Manager at Timperley, is a qualified nurse, specialising in Mental Health care. She has worked in a both hospital and care settings and in her previous role where helped them achieve outstanding. Cheryl is enjoying working at Timperley and has been made to feel welcom by all the team. She is looking forward to helping the home to develop and improve. She is passionate about End of Life Care and is looking forward to embedding high standards into the home. Cheryl is very family orientated and loves spending her spare time with family and friends, enjoyed family time over a nice meal. She also enjoys the outdoors, going hiking and climbing.

Bibina Abraham
Home Administrator
I was born and raised in the serene hills of The Nilgiris, India, where I completed my schooling before pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. My career began with Infosys Ltd, Pune, India, where I was recruited as an Operations Executive. Over time, I progressed to the role of Systems Engineer. After marriage, we moved to Oman, shifting my focus to Human Resources, working closely with senior management as an HR Executive. I moved to the UK to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration and joined Kingsley Healthcare, where I currently serve as an Administrator. Outside of work, I’m a big movie addict who loves getting lost in films of all kinds. I’m also a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring different cuisines where Arabic food is by far my favourite. Whether it's a new dish or a classic film, I love discovering new experiences that spark joy and curiosity.

Natalie Benson
Head of Administration
I have worked in the care sector for over 23yrs, I have completed my RMA Registered managers award and NVQ L3 in health and social care. I have a wealth of knowledge with older adults and dementia care. I was a deputy manager of a residential home for over 12yrs. I then moved on to be a assessor in the community working for a health care company who provided care at home and working alongside Tameside Council. I built person centred care plans and risk assessment for our service users living in their own home who required care and support with daily living. I was a moving and handling train the trainer, who supported and signed of the care assistants working out in the community. I have worked at Kingsley Care Home for the last 18 months as the Home administrator. I am currently working towards my NVQ L3 in Business administration. I enjoy my job, I love caring and supporting people each and every day weather that be the residents, staff or families I am always happy to help where I can. In my spare time I enjoy family time with my 5 boys often going to Football every weekend with my boys as one of my sons plays for Stoke City Academy. Iwona Edyta
Activities & Lifestyle Co-ordinator
I began my journey in healthcare by completing my degree in Occupational Therapy. During my time in Poland, I gained hands-on experience working in various hospitals and therapy workshops, which laid the foundation for my passion for person-centred care. In 2005, I moved to England and continued to build on my experience within the care sector. I completed my NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and worked in various roles, including as a senior care worker and activity coordinator. Since 2009, I have been part of the Kingsley Healthcare team—starting as a senior care worker and later transitioning into the role of Activity Coordinator, first at Four Oaks and currently as the Activity Coordinator Leader at Timperley Care Home. My background as a former gymnast inspires me to incorporate movement, yoga, and exercise into daily activities, helping residents stay active in fun and engaging ways. With a passion for travel and learning about different cultures, I love building connections and discovering the unique stories behind each person.

Reda Amrani
Head Chef
I have vast experience in the catering industry with over 27 years service, starting off as a kitchen assistant learning the basics and working my way up to Head Chef. I have worked various shifts to cover breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting, buffets and events in extremely fast paced and high demanding restaurants, hotels and care homes. I also have experience of cooking many different styles and types of foods with covers of over 240 including cooking meals for vulnerable and elderly with special diets. Cooking is my passion and this is shown in my excellence, service and awards.

Head of domestic, Carol Slate, brings years of experience in the hotel industry to the care sector. She strongly believes in attention to detail and the high standards of a top-flight international hotel.

Sean O'Hanlon
Maintenance Person
I’m a fully qualified and experienced electrician based in Timperley, Altrincham, with over 30 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance. Before joining Kingsley in January, 2025, I have worked nearly three decades with Trafford Borough Council—specialising in street lighting maintenance where I was awarded 25 years Long Service award from Trafford Council. I established Mi5 Electrical in 2018 to offer reliable, professional electrical services across the UK. With a keen interest in electronics, I have completed 2382,2391,2393,2360 Electrical and Electronics Engineering. I am fully trained in BS 7671 wiring regulations, and hold certifications in electrical inspection, testing, and building regulations. I also carry out work in line with the latest health and safety standards, including asbestos awareness and working at height. Outside of work I enjoying riding motor bikes.

Richard Jones
Regional Hospitality Manager
I have twenty-four years’ experience working within the hospitality sector in various roles and companies such as IHG, Melia and University of Manchester. I joined Kingsley Healthcare as Hospitality Manager in April 2024 where I worked hard to deliver exceptional service and standards every day for the benefit of residents and their families. I am passionate about people and making a difference to improve the quality of their lives. In June 2025 I was promoted to Regional Hospitality Manager so that the improvements I had made within Four Oaks could be introduced across all homes within the North West. All the Kingsley Healthcare homes in the North West work hard to create a lovely homely environment for residents with fantastic food, service and comfort that really make them stand out as a care provider. Outside of work I write and perform music and have in recent years become an author working on several books.

Pauline Parker-Moore
Regional Operations Manager
I have been a qualified nurse for over 40 years and have worked in the care sector for 24 years. Since joining Kingsley in 2018 I have been privileged to work in various management roles including Home Manager, Operations Manager and my current role as Regional Operations Director. I am proud of the progress we have made across the North West region. We have major plans to extend two of our existing homes. It is a pleasure to work with the team to deliver quality care and provide luxury care homes for our residents. Outside of work I love travelling, especially going on cruises.

Kean Mason-Buckley
Operations Manager
I have worked in the care sector for over 25 years, starting as a support worker at the age of 17 and taking time out to do my nurse training in 2008. I have been in management roles since 2014, joining Kingsley in 2020 as a home manager and becoming a member of the operations team 20 months ago. What I love about Kingsley is that although it is a national company you still feel part of a community, connected to and supported by everyone. Outside work, to de-stress, I enjoy walking my dogs and playing video games.

Maggie McCaul
Regional Service Quality Manager, North West
I have nearly 28 years of experience in the care sector. During this time, I have worked for a Charity, the NHS and in the private sector in both residential and nursing homes. I have been registered with CQC as both a Home Manager and Domiciliary Manager. I have also worked as an Area and Regional Support Manager in operational teams. I hold a Level 5 in Health and Social Care and Registered Managers award and a Level 5 in Quality Accreditation. My passions are person centred care, inclusion, customer service, and end-of-life care. My current role with Kingsley Healthcare is Regional Service Quality Manager in the North West. I am proud to work alongside and support the Regional Team and the Home Teams to continuously improve and embed quality practices. Outside of work I love to read in my spare time, travel with my friends and family, especially mini-breaks and visiting America.
